DESCRIPTION:Join The Locust Grove Police Department\, Fire Marshal and The Johnson Foundation\, Inc. for our 5th Annual Back to School Supply Giveaway\, a free community event designed to help students prepare for a successful school year while bringing families together for an afternoon of fun\, resources\, and community engagement.\n\nThis family friendly event will feature:\n\n  Free school supplies (while supplies last & kids must be present)\n\n  Free Caribbean and soul food\n\n  Free haircuts for children ages 5 to 12\n\n  Free quick braid styles for girls ages 5 to 12 (hair must be washed and clean)\n\n  Free packaged ice cream\n\n  Free face painting\n\n  Community resource vendors\n\n  Local businesses and food vendors\n\n  Raffle giveaways and prizes\n\n  Family friendly activities and entertainment\n\nBackpack and school supply distribution will begin at 1:00 PM.\n\nThis event is free and open to the public. Families are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy everything our community partners and vendors have to offer.
