DESCRIPTION:Stockbridge To Host Inaugural\n\n Breast Cancer Survivor Convoy\n\n for Community Members    \n\n\n\nThe City of Stockbridge will host the Inaugural Pretty in Pink Breast Cancer Survivor Convoy on Saturday\, October 24\, 2020\, at 11 am. This vehicle convoy is open to survivors of breast cancer and their supporters. Participation is free and available on a first come basis. Space is limited for the community convoy. Pre-registration is required and registrants must receive confirmation to attend. All interested parties must adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Masks are required to attend this public event and social distancing will be required. The City is encouraging convoy participants to travel in vehicles with household members or individuals they are familiar with\, as a COVID-19 precaution.  \n\nAll confirmed participants should only attend if they are feeling well. Confirmed convoy vehicles should line up at the Merle Manders Conference Center located at 111 Davis Road in Stockbridge\, Georgia at 10 am on October 24\, 2020.\n\n\n\nOctober is recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month\, which is an annual global campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer risks\, the value of screening and early detection\, and treatment options available to women and men who are diagnosed with one of the many forms of breast cancer.
