The HW3 Foundation, founded by Dr. Henry H. Washington III, a retired Army Criminal Investigator and Fulton County Marshal is dedicated to uplifting youth and fostering community growth here in McDonough and Clayton, Georgia. This year, we are hosting the 2025 Empowerment Leadership Bootcamp from June 2–13 at Shiloh Baptist Church's Family Life Center. We invite you to partner with us on this impactful initiative!

This FREE bootcamp serves over 100 young leaders, ages 9–19, and equips them with essential skills in cybersecurity, aviation maintenance, military, law enforcement, and preparation for careers with Fortune 500 companies. It’s more than an event; it’s a life-changing experience designed to inspire and empower youth while promoting personal success.

Our mission goes hand-in-hand with celebrating the incredible sacrifices of our military veterans, whose courage and dedication protect our freedoms. Join us as we passionately embrace and spread the seven core leadership values of community, integrity, and impact!

                           

How You Can Support
We are reaching out to invite your youth and request a sponsorship or in-kind donation from your organization to help cover meals, STEM supplies, drones, fishing gear/bait or other camp resources for our participants during the 10-day program. Any form of contribution—whether monetary, goods, or promotional materials—will play a crucial role in fostering these incredible young minds.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to see firsthand the resilience and skills the kids have gained during the bootcamp.
