Dear Leaders, Partners, and Supporters,

Benton Village of Stockbridge is excited to host our very first Back-to-School Bash for the children in our community—and we need your help to make it an incredible experience for every child who attends!

We’re reaching out to hospice teams, local professionals, community leaders, and partners to support this event through donations or participation of any kind. Whether you can donate supplies, volunteer, or sponsor an activity, every contribution will help create a joyful and memorable day.

Here’s how you can help:

 Face Painter
 DJ or Music Setup
 Dunk Tank Booth
 Snow Cone Truck
 Kid-Friendly Game Tables or Activities
 Cake Walk Donations
 Raffle Prizes – We’ll be raffling off a Chromebook and headphones

We’re also collecting school supplies like:

 Backpacks, notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, and more.

This is our very first back-to-school celebration, and we would love your support in making it a success.
