Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Eagle’s Landing Country Club membership. I’ve included details on all membership levels below for your reference.

I've attached the complete membership packet, which includes a breakdown of fees and a manual application that you can print and complete whenever you get a chance. Most members choose to complete the electronic version, which I’ll send in a separate email. You are welcome to submit in whichever format is most convenient for you.

Membership Options

1. Premier Golf (All-Inclusive) (Ages 45 & Older)
Access includes golf (with or without cart services), tennis, pickleball, fitness, pools, dining, and social events.

    • Monthly Dues:
– $575 with unlimited golf cart services
 – $425 without cart services (À La Carte: cart fees paid per round; does not include the 25% à la carte dining discount)
    • Dues are waived until December 1st

2. Junior Executive Full Privilege Golf (Ages 45 & Under)
Offers full Premier access at a reduced rate for eligible candidates under 45.
    • Lifetime Initiation Fee: $1,200
    • Monthly Dues:
– $475 (All-Inclusive: includes unlimited golf cart services)
– $325 (À La Carte: cart fees paid per round; does not include the 25% à la carte dining discount)
    • Dues are waived until December 1st

3. Lifestyle & Fitness
Includes tennis, pickleball, fitness, pools, dining, and social events.
    • Lifetime Initiation Fee: $1,000
    • Monthly Dues: $240 dues will be taken out next billing cycle

4. Clubhouse Social
Includes clubhouse dining and social events access only.
    • Lifetime Initiation Fee: $1,000
    • Monthly Dues: $185 dues will be taken out next billing cycle

Only the initiation fee is due upon submission and processing of the application. The first month of dues will be charged within the next billing cycle.

Membership officially begins once the completed application and initiation fee are received. Club privileges start on that same date. Prorated fees do not apply now, as dues for golf memberships are currently deferred. When you complete the electronic membership application, we ask that you please upload a photo of

 yourself and your family to your member profile, or you can email or text me a picture. This helps our team identify and warmly welcome our newest members.

If you haven’t had a chance to visit yet, I’d love to invite you in for a tour personally. My office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, as the Club is closed on Mondays, and I am unavailable on Sundays due to attending church and spending time with my family. Let me know what days and times work best for your schedule. If I’m unavailable during your preferred time, I’ll be happy to coordinate with another staff member to ensure you receive a full tour. Once confirmed, I’ll gladly add it to my calendar or another staff member’s.
