On behalf of the NAACP Henry County Branch, I am reaching out to invite you to participate in our upcoming event, where we look to feed approximately 200 people, as we come-Together at the Table: Supporting Federal Workers in Crisis. 
 
This special community event will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Mount Olive Baptist Church, 469 Mt. Olive Rd., Stockbridge, GA 30281. The evening will provide a warm meal and assistance for federal employees affected by the government shutdown. 
 
To make this event successful, we are asking for community support in the following ways: 

• Chicken Fried or Baked  
• Fish-Fried or Baked 
• Prepared Food Donations – Soul food dishes, sides, or desserts ready to serve. 
• Monetary Donations – Contributions of any amount are deeply appreciated; no gift is too small.
