Judy McMurtry, is the CEO/President of JM Excel Consultant L.L.C. Judy is certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of diversity, equity & inclusion, leadership development, team building, professional skills and personal growth.

Judy's topic takeover will answer the question, "Are You Communicating or Connecting?" In order for a business to operate efficiently and effectively, it is important to have a strong infrastructure in place. This includes systems, processes, and resources that support the day-to-day operations of a company. Judy explains, "One key aspect of this infrastructure is connecting vs. communicating. We will discuss the importance of connecting and communicating in building a successful business."

She has a range of training tools that are used to focus on taking your team to the next level.
