14th Annual Parent Expo – Community Resource Fair & Backpack Giveaway

About the Event:
Join Communities In Schools of Georgia in Henry County for the 14th Annual Parent Expo on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at McDonough High School. This free, family-friendly event connects Henry County families with local resources, community partners, and school readiness tools just in time for the new academic year.

Families can expect:

• Free backpacks and school supplies (children must be present)

• Dozens of vendors and community service organizations

• Health and wellness resources

• Giveaways, helpful information, and more!

Proof of Henry County residency is required.
All children must be present at the event to receive a backpack.
