Engagement & Inclusion Committee Purpose Statement
The Engagement and Inclusion Committee of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable business environment for all members of our community. Through collaboration and education, we strive to create a culture where differences are celebrated, opportunities are accessible, and every individual feels valued and respected. By promoting inclusive practices, providing resources, and supporting diverse leadership, we aim to strengthen our business ecosystem, enhance innovation, and drive sustainable economic growth for all.

Our goal is to ensure that every business—regardless of size, industry, or background—has the tools and support to thrive in a diverse, interconnected world.
