We welcome back Courtney Ware, Assistant Commissioner of Human Resources for the Technical College System of Georgia. Since joining TCSG in 2016, she has brought deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, and organizational leadership, grounded in a strong public sector career that includes leadership roles with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice and the Georgia Department of Corrections.
Courtney is also an active leader in the HR profession, contributing to organizations like SHRM and the Georgia Council for Human Resources, where she previously served as Chair. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Employee Benefit Plan Council, following her appointment by Brian Kemp.
