The Beloved Community is fair, just, and built on love. It fuels our belief that making homeownership accessible and affordable for all families is a critical component to creating the kind of future that Dr. King envisioned. As our nation marks the 40th anniversary of the federal observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity is honored to celebrate our own 40-year legacy of service with a special Beloved Community Build Day January 19, 2026.
