Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Cashier/Server to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, handling transactions, and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a welcoming and positive attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Operate the cash register and handle payments (cash, card, mobile)
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house, dining area, and service stations
Answer customer questions about menu items (including Caribbean dishes)
Upsell menu items and promote specials
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
