Location: Jonesboro-Stockbridge, GA
Pay: $25 per hour
Certification Required: Lifeguard Certified

British Swim School of Jonesboro-Stockbridge is looking for an Aquatics Manager to lead our water safety and swim lesson operations! If you have a passion for water safety, leadership, and making a difference, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a well-respected swim school.

About the Role

As an Aquatics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim program, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for students of all ages. You will be responsible for instructor supervision, lesson quality, pool safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support swim instructors to ensure high-quality lessons
Monitor pool safety, enforce guidelines, and maintain a safe learning environment
Assist with scheduling, instructor development, and program improvements
Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with families
Ensure compliance with British Swim School curriculum and safety standards

Requirements

Lifeguard Certification (Required)
Previous experience in swim instruction, aquatics management, or lifeguarding
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for water safety and teaching swimmers of all ages
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
