Gateway Direct Health is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and forward-thinking part-time team member to work at our direct primary care practice.
Ideal candidate:
- Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience or a Paramedic/EMT
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Respectful, compassionate, privacy-conscious, punctual, and professional
- Efficient, willingness to learn, and able to work independently
- Personable, comfortable interacting with members and helping grow the practice
- 25 hours/week with variable hours (9-2, 12-5)
- Starting at $18/hour
- W-2 employee
- Performance bonuses

Responsibilities include:
- Member check-in, front-office support, and scheduling
- Vital signs, phlebotomy, and ordering labs
- Inventory management
- Email management and newsletters
- Capturing and following up with warm and cold leads for both individuals and businesses
- Member engagement and retention
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
