We are seeking a dependable, motivated Rental Specialist to support our warehouse operations, deliveries, and customer experience.
Position Overview
The Rental Specialist is a hands-on, multi-role position responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment readiness, deliveries, and direct customer support. This role is essential to ensuring every rental is clean, organized, on time, and delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Warehouse & Inventory Operations
* Inventory management, tracking, and organization
* Inventory cleaning and inspection between rental cycles
* Load Master responsibilities (accurate staging, loading, and securing equipment)
* Equipment handling and proper storage
* Area and office maintenance to ensure a clean, safe workspace
* Event Operations
* Event setup and tear-down of rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, accessories)
* Ensure proper placement and professional presentation at event sites
* Transportation & Logistics
* Driving company vehicles to transport rental equipment
* Routing deliveries for efficiency and on-time performance
* Safe loading, unloading, and transport of company assets
* Customer Service & Sales Support
* Assisting customers with rental needs and product questions
* Providing friendly, professional customer service on-site and at the warehouse
* Answering customer questions clearly and accurately
* Supporting basic sales interactions and cash handling as needed
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift and move rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
* Previous warehouse, delivery, event, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
