About Us

Since 2011, the Henry County Veterans Support Group is dedicated to empowering Veterans of all branches of service by providing FREE, compassionate support that promotes stability, dignity, and independence. We assist Veterans with their service-related claims, guide them in accessing essential medical care, and offer weekly support group meetings open to all Veterans who are managing PTSD.
A dedicated Women’s Support Group meets one Saturday each month, offering a safe and supportive space for women connected to our Veterans — including spouses, daughters, mothers, significant others, and female Veterans — to find community, healing, and strength.
For homeless and at-risk Veterans, we provide hygienic supplies, a safe place to shower, access to our Clothes Closet, and hot meals every Monday and Wednesday. Through step-by-step transition support, we help Veterans become valued, productive, and respected members of their community.
