Krystal holds a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Georgia Tech and is a certified Project Management Professional. She began her career in various engineering and management roles with Corning Incorporated, where she also discovered her passion for project management.
Krystal brought her talent for project management to the Georgia Department of Transportation in 2009 and steadily rose through the ranks to become Assistant State Program Delivery Administrator. In this role she led a team of program and project managers who were responsible for delivering a $9.5B program for GDOT.
In 2021, Krystal launched Paradigm Project Leadership Group, a project management consulting firm committed to assisting local government municipalities with successfully managing and delivering their federal-aid transportation projects.
Krystal was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Georgia by Engineering Georgia Magazine in 2021 and 2023.
