Founded by retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant Cornelius Gamble, the firm specializes in executive mindset coaching and leadership advisory for entrepreneurs, business owners, and C-suite leaders. After nearly 16 years in the Marines leading teams in high-stakes environments, Cornelius translated battlefield-tested decision processes into a practical business framework called the Executive Decision Operating System (EDOS).!

Sessions are designed in plain language at about an eighth-grade reading level so that complex ideas become simple, actionable steps leaders can use the same day.
