I have put together an organization for weekend competitions for Pizza enthusiasts, The Pizza Cook-off Association. ((website - www.pizzacook-off,com)) I have trained judges to provide non-bias judging, and competitions can take place anywhere, but ideally with existing festivals or events.
In my spare time, I will also bring my pizza oven to your workplace or home and cook pizzas onsite. I have a catering menu that includes Italian foods, BBQ, and sandwich box lunches. My email address is pizzacookoffassociation@gmail.com. for anyone that is interested.
