Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee was activated in 2020 to locally address the social unrest that was permeating across the nation. The result led to the launch of the monthly online 'Community Dialogue' that has evolved into a DEI discussion. The DEI Committee works to promote the value and power of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our community to support and develop talent, resources, and business opportunities necessary to elevate minority businesses and employees in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. Judy McMurtry, CEO of JM Excel Consultant, LLC, has been a member of the DEI Committee since its first year, providing support and guidance as needed.
