HCWA Awards GA Model Water Tower Competition Winners

Dr. Penny L. Elkins Elected as Mercer University’s 19th President
PENFIELD, Ga. – The Mercer University Board of Trustees, meeting on the historic Penfield Campus in Greene County, today unanimously elected Penny L.
